Meet April Janicki, founder of Sincere Senior Transitions.
With more than 23 years as an educator, April has dedicated her career to supporting, guiding, and advocating for others. Her background in education has shaped her ability to listen with empathy, explain complex situations in a way families can understand, and provide steady guidance during times of uncertainty.
Her passion for serving seniors is deeply personal. After experiencing the challenges of aging and caregiving within her own family, April witnessed firsthand the emotional weight families often carry—the difficult decisions, the feelings of guilt, the endless questions, and the desire to do what's best for someone you love.
That experience inspired her to create Sincere Senior Transitions—a company built on the belief that no family should have to navigate this journey alone.
As a Certified Senior Transition Specialist, April provides complimentary guidance to families exploring senior living options, helping them understand the differences between communities, coordinate tours, and make informed decisions based on their loved one's unique needs.
